Completion of this form only indicates my interest in the 2010 DWIFF Challenge.

My team is not officially entered until one person on my team pays the $75 entry fee either online or via check and indicates a team name for entry into the 2010 DWIFF Challenge.

I understand that this is a weekend contest on June 11th through the 13th. I am solely responsible for making all meetings and deadlines that are required in order to participate in this event.
