The "Common Location" element was assigned as the "Wayne County Building".  All teams have been notified with the clarification that the intended building is the "Old Wayne County Building" located at 600 Randolph St, Detroit, MI 48226.

Remember, you do not need to go inside of the building or even be on its premisies,  you only need to capture a recognizable visual of the building and have it present in your final film at some point.
